Account
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the menu and click Login. You’ll be taken to the Login page.
Click the “Forgot your password?” link. You’ll be taken to the Password Reset page.
Enter your username or email address, and then click the “Reset password” button.
If you’ve entered your username or email address correctly, you should receive an email with a button/link to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
Click the button/link in the email.
Enter your new password in the “New Password” and “Confirm Password” fields, and then click the “Change password” button.
If the change was successful, you will be taken back to the Login page and you will see a success message. You will now be able to login with your new password.

How do I change my password?

You’ll see your account details load on the screen.
Click the Change Password tab.
Enter your current password in the Current Password field, and then enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
Click the Update Password button to save your changes.

How do I change the name on my account?
Go to the menu and click Account.
You’ll see your account details load on the screen.
Here you’ll be able to change both the first name and last name associated with your account, as well as your email address. The username for your account cannot be changed.
Click the Update Account button to save your changes.
How do I change the email on my account?
Go to the menu and click Account.
You’ll see your account details load on the screen.

How do I change the billing information on my account?
Go to the menu and click Account.
You’ll see your account details load on the screen.
Click the Billing Address tab.
You will see the billing name and address details appear on the screen as in the image below.
Here you can change the billing name, company name (if applicable), address, phone number, and email address associated with your account.
Click the Update Account button to save your changes.
How do I view my orders?
Go to the menu and click Account.
You’ll see your account details load on the screen.
Click the My Orders tab.
A summary of your orders will be displayed.
To view the details of an order, click the eye icon to the right of the order amount.
Membership
How do I become a member?
Go to the “Join” page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Add to Cart” button.
A message will pop up stating Annual Membership has been added to your cart. Click the “View Cart” button beside this message. You will be taken to the Cart page.
Review your cart and then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will be taken to the Checkout page.
Enter your billing details, select payment method (currently e-transfer), and then click the “Place Order” button. This places your order but it does not send payment to Regina Women’s Network.
You will need to log in to your banking website or app separately to send an e-transfer for the $125.00 membership fee to treasurer@rwn.ca.
Our Treasurer will need to confirm that we have received payment before your order will be completed. At that time, you will be granted member access on the website.
How do I renew my membership?
Go to the “Renew Your Membership” page. If you’re not logged in already, you will be asked to login. If you do not currently have an account, please visit the “Join” page to purchase a membership.

Member Directory Profile
My profile is blank. What's going on?
If your profile resembles the above image, then you do not hold an active membership.
If you recently purchased a membership, then it is likely that your order has not yet been finalized. This is most common if you chose the “e-Transfer” payment method at checkout. Be sure you have sent your payment as instructed during checkout. A copy of the instructions would have been included in your order email. Once payment receipt is confirmed by our Treasurer, your order status will be updated, and you will be able to update your profile.
